Senior Software Developer (Java / Enterprise)
Archeometra and Synesy are hiring Senior Software Developers.
Front-end, back-end, and full stack, to join the team on a permanent basis.
The work involves complex, integrated enterprise application systems where development goes beyond writing code, requiring a solid understanding of business processes, data, and architectures.
We are looking for technically strong, self-driven professionals with sharp analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset, able to collaborate effectively within the team and take initiative when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Enterprise Java software development
- Analysis of existing codebase and application evolution
- Gathering and analyzing functional and technical requirements
- Writing technical documentation
- Collaborating with analysts, project managers, and system engineers during release phases
Required Skills
- Strong command of Java
- Good knowledge of relational databases and SQL
- Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments and basic networking
- Experience working on existing applications and evolutionary maintenance
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
- A degree or diploma in Computer Science or Information Engineering is preferred
Nice to Have
- Experience with cloud architectures, particularly AWS
- Enterprise frameworks
- Background in distributed environments or system integration
